A farm in winter - Les Petits Chapelais

A farm in winter, on a beautiful and cold day. In January, i spent a few hours in the organic farm Les Petites Chapelais, near Rennes.  It was quiet, and the light was gorgeous.

They sell organic meat and veggies, as well as make cheese and breads.Their very diversified production - porc, milk, chicken and more than 40 sorts of fruits and veggies-  stands at the opposite of the agro-business trend, and we want tell you more about their philosophy.
